This is a list of manga I have read and would like to recommend. Majority of it is shoujo, but hey, I’m a girl. XD
- Skip Beat – Very good, soon to be an anime.
- Shinshi Doumei Cross – Excellent shoujo.
- Junjou Romantica – Yaoi
- Strawberry Panic! Light Novels. – Yuri
- NANA – Dramatic but really good.
- Kamichama Karin – Cute
- Gakuen Alice – Cute
- Fruits Basket – Original plot, the manga is better than the anime.
- Loveless – Shounen-ai
- Gravitation – Yaoi
- Chibi Vampire – Romance/Comedy
- Flower Ring – Period piece, amazing!
- Saiunkoku Monogatari – Period piece, very good.
- Toradora – Hilarious
- Kuroshitsuzi – Hot Demon Butler, need I say more?
- Vampire Knight – Meh, over-rated but still a good read.
- Chobits – A wonderful work by clamp.
- Full Moon wo Sagashite – Very good.
- Mistress Fortune – Good but short.
- Full Metal Panic! Light Novels. – FMP owns. It just does, ok?!
- Inuyasha – 558 chapters that are purely worth it.
- Naruto -Not a big fan of this series, the manga is decent.
- Bleach – I only follow the manga of this series, anime lost my interest.
- D.Gray Man - Awesome action.
- LoveCeleb – Original and cute with a hint of ecchi.
- Akuma Na Eros – Amazing, genius.
- Shugo Chara – A very good mahou shoujo.
- Shinigami Lover – Highly recommended.
- The Wallflower – Hilarious
- Death Note – Mindbendingly awesome.
- Kamikaze Kaitou Jaenne – By the same mangaka as Shinshi Doumei Cross, very good romance, good plot.
- Model – The story of a vampire and mortal girl, she offered up her blood to him if he let her paint his portrait. A very complex romance ensues. Highly recommended.
- Desire Climax – Such a dirty title, such a good manga! And not as much ecchi as the title implies, lots of romance and really good plot twists!
- Sundome – Sick, twisted and suspenseful.
- Pink Innocent – A cute, short, sweet story about a girl in love trying to figure out how to make her boyfriend happy.
- Kiss/Hug – Yukino meets a boy with beautiful blue eyes on the night of a festival. They fall in love with eachother at first sight, but Yukino knows nothing about boys. It’s very sweet and romantic!
- Hana Kimi – A mindblowingly well done shoujo manga
- B.O.D.Y – Realistic, sweet and romantic. An original plot and good drama!
- Moe Kare – I loved this so much it rivals all of my favorites. It’s cute and sweet, and the romance is just breathtaking enough to make you cry!
- Koko Ni Iru Yo! – A manga that should appeal to any anime-related blogger, as it is about a girl who draws support from her own blog. I really like this one!
- Beauty Pop! – One of my newest favorites! About the world of beauty and hairstyling, with romance between the lazy female lead and the male lead who has declared himself her rival! Very cute!
- After School Nightmare – I really like this one, even though I hate the leading character. The plot is so original, but the scans get put up slowly, so I read someone’s blog and spoiled it for myself…*Head Desk*…It was worth it! XD I really recommend this one!

That’s it for now. I’ve read more than this, but am having trouble remembering them all! This list will probably grow really fast! Hope it helps if your looking for a good read!

Great list! I’ve read a bunch of these titles already, so I’m looking forward to reading the rest you listed down. I enjoy shoujo, comedy, and action a whole lot as well and it seems these manga float the same boat (pardon that last part -_-).
If you haven’t done so already, I think you’d like Absolute Boyfriend (Zettai Kareshi) by Yuu Watase. My friend introduced me to the manga and I loved it. There are heaps of comedy and romance tied in, so maybe you’d enjoy it too!
@Ceriel – I’ve read that! I forgot to add it to the list. I really like it, it made me cry. T.T I didn’t like the drama much though, but that’s cause they weren’t in high school, so it pissed me off! I’ll add that one now!
u shud read mamotte lollipop then its the most amazing manga i have only red shugo chara 1-3 in the books i lend all manga off my sister so i dont have 2 buy it!i gone off shugo chara manga becuz its not the same from the anime plus i have jst finished mamotte lollipop

Skip Beat and Shinshi Doumei Cross are two of my top favorites! Actually wait, never mind, scratch that! There’s to many of my favorites in your list, I’ll just say most of them are my favorite! Anyways, I can see you’re also a fan of Arina Tanemura!
Oh, if you haven’t already, you should read Hana Yori Dango, and Hana Kimi. These two, are on still at the top of my list. Also if you get the chance, watch the J-drama too. (Comedy + Love)
@Shala – I read Hana Kimi recently actually. I watched the drama ages ago and finally checked out the manga…which rocked my world. I loved it so much I read it twice in 48 hours! ^.^

I’m looking for a sweet but not to embarrassing shojo (with jealous boys) and i’d like to recommend
1)Shiawase Kissa Sanchoume-my favorite (please read, I want to share this)
2)Beauty Pop -mentioned above, but wanted to emphisis
3)Fairy Tail-NOT a shojo, but a good adventure story, with good characters.
#1 and#2 are completed. #3 is ongoing
P.S. It is spelled manga and the korean ‘mangas’ are mahgah ( Mun_Guh)

hi i saw that you’ve read the strawberry panic light novels….i only get the first one and now i have big problems to find the second volume of this light novel. would you sell the second one
